Ginger Salmon

  • Salmon fillets
  • Ginger (sliced fresh turmeric also works really well)
  • Garlic
  • Chilli – fresh or flakes
  • Sliced lemon/lime
  • Toasted sesame oil (or another oil if you don’t have that)
  • Honey
  • Shoyu

Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan

Place in ovenproof dish. Cover with tinfoil and cook for 25 minutes. Best served with mashed potatoes or celeriac mash.
