Rice Pudding

  • 1/3 cup rice – pudding rice or short grain rice
  • 1/2 cup cream – double or single depending on your taste
  • 1 cup milk
  • Grated nutmeg (always best freshly grated)
  • 1½ tablespoons sugar

Put in an oven-proof dish and cook at 160 C (fan) for about 40 mins

If you don’t have cream, try with 1½ cups milk and a big chunk of butter
