One medium quiche plus three little ones (or I guess one large one…)

  • Pack of pre-rolled shortcrust pastry
  • 3 large eggs (sure it will work with medium if that is what you have)
  • 150 carton single cream
  • 50 ml milk
  • salt
  • nutmeg
  • cheddar cheese – grated
  • chopped onion (don’t need to cook)
  • extras – you can include some lightly steamed broccoli, some uncooked mushrooms, fried bacon etc

You don’t need to cook the pastry separately.

Cook at 180 C (fan). Small ones take 25 mins, larger one 30 mins.

Leave to cool a bit before cutting.
