Broccoli with lemon, almonds and sultanas

- Lemon rind and juice

Steam broccoli and blanch in iced water then drain. Skin almonds, chop roughly and dry roast, add the aniseed to roast for the last minute. Soak sultanas in boiling water then drain. Grate lemon rind then juice lemon.
When you are ready to eat, put the broccoli in a wok with sesame oil and fry it for a bit. Then add the all the other ingredients and shake it all together.
