Pasta alla Vodka

Really yummy and quick pasta sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • One chilli or chilli flakes
  • Olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 3 shallots
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 280g tomato paste
  • 10 ml vodka
  • 1/4 litre of cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Rigatoni

Method:

  1. Fry off onions until soft, then add garlic, paprika and chilli and cook for a few minutes.
  2. Ad tomato paste and honey and cook until darkened. Then add vodka and cook until evaporated. Let simmer for about 20 minutes
  3. Stir in cream and take off heat.
  4. Cook your pasta until al dente
  5. Mount sauce with pasta in butter, 4 tbsp pasta water, parmesan, salt and pepper
  6. Serve!
